To hold an item like a staff, to walk with it or something use the spell below. 
Step 1: Use the spell.
Step 2: Unequip your weapon (Have it equipped beforehand).
Step 3: Re-equip your weapon and the Pennant should disappear, leaving you with just your weapon held that way.

Two Macroes
This Macro lets you cast spells in order, going .cast 1, .cast 2, and so on, and tells you which one you casted. You need the .learn donor or voter perk to use this.

This Macro lets you cast spells at random, any number between 1 and 99999, and tells you what you casted.

DO NOT USE THE MACROES IN PHASE 2. DO NOT USE THEM IN A PLACE THAT YOU COULD POTENTIALLY RUIN! 
The best thing to do is to go to some remote location or flatland and do it, so you don't end up crashing an area you've spawned or something. Do this in your own phase, away from everything.
